1958 Jaguar XK-150 RestorationThis project was essentially a basket case (a car completely cut apart and missing several pieces) with no rocker panels whatsoever at the time of purchase. This car required a vast amount of fabrication and test fitting as well as the owner purchasing a second XK 150 to serve as a pattern to aid in the building of the XK-150 to be restored. The car was stripped to bare metal, welded, assembled, etch primed, epoxy primed, urethane high build primed and block sanded and primed repeatedly. Finally it was base coated in black and a clear coat was applied. It was wet sanded, buffed, and the body was reassembled at The Arc and Anvil.
